The question you are actually asking
You are about to click the logo at the top of this page and find that we sell websites directly. So let us get to it first.
We do. The front of this site sells small websites to local businesses: a wedding photographer, two bridal makeup artists. Sole traders, one site each, found by cold call. That is not your client list and it is not going to become it.
The work you would be buying is the other half of this page. Different job, different scale, different name on the invoice, and the name is yours. If a brief you sent us ever came close to something we were doing directly, you would hear it in the first reply, before you had spent an hour writing a spec.
That is the whole conflict, said out loud, because you would have worked it out in fifteen seconds anyway and found it less reassuring on your own.

Start with one job you do not want
Send the design and the deadline. If it is not a fit we will say so in the first reply rather than after a week of silence.
We are in Chennai, on IST. For a London studio that is your morning. For Los Angeles it means the work happens while you are closed and is waiting when you open.
